Refund Policy

Effective July 8, 2026

 🛡️ TL;DR: You have 14 days to try Trag Studio Pro risk-free. Since the Free edition already gives you unlimited image generation, you know exactly what you're getting. If Pro isn't for you, request a refund in one click from your account (Billing → cancel & refund) — handled automatically by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are limited to once per customer.

1. Our promise

Trag Studio Pro is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. You pay once, you keep it for life. We stand behind the product, and we want you to buy with confidence. The Trag Studio Free edition already gives you unlimited image generation forever, so you can test the core experience before committing a cent.

2. Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, the sale is considered final.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are available once per customer. If you purchase again later, that second purchase is final.
Refunds apply to the Trag Studio Pro lifetime license only.
The Trag Muse subscription (when available) follows its own cancellation terms — you can cancel anytime, and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for past months.
Early-bird purchases at the discounted $170 price are covered by the same 14-day policy.

4. How to request a refund

Sign in to your Trag account and open Billing → cancel & refund.
Pick a reason (optional) and confirm — the request goes straight to Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. No email needed.
Prefer email? You can also write to hello@trag.studio from your purchase address — but the in-account button is instant.

5. What happens after

Lemon Squeezy issues the refund; it typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days (exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
The refund goes back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
Your Pro license is deactivated upon refund — your account reverts to Trag Studio Free immediately.
Any content you generated while on Pro remains yours — refunding the license doesn't revoke ownership of your Outputs.

6. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Our refund policy fully honors this right. No restocking fees, no deductions — you get your money back in full.

7. Why we limit refunds to once per customer

Trag Studio Pro is a lifetime license that unlocks on your machine. Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles could exploit the system. Limiting refunds to one per customer protects the product for everyone while still giving you a genuine, risk-free trial. The Free edition is always there — no refund needed for free software.
